The Story Cloth Quilt Collection

Soft, storied, and beautifully imperfect  -  our Story Cloth Quilts are hand-stitched cotton quilts made from layers of reclaimed textiles, each one carrying its own quiet history in every stitch.

Traditionally known as Kantha quilts, these heirloom textiles are created by layering lightweight cotton cloth and stitching them together with thousands of tiny running stitches. The result is a quilt that feels soft, breathable, and wonderfully lived-in, just perfect for the end of a bed, a cozy afternoon nap, or draped across a favorite chair.

Each quilt is entirely one-of-a-kind.
Some feature simple whole cloth patterns, while others include small patches and mended areas that celebrate the beauty of hand repair and the life of the fabric.

At Tweetle Dee, we love textiles that tell a story  and these quilts are filled with them.

• Lightweight layered cotton
• Hand stitched with traditional running stitches, x's and dots
• Each quilt is unique
• Some may include small patches or visible mending

Because these quilts are made from reclaimed textiles and stitched by hand, you may notice variations in color, stitching, or small marks of their previous life. We believe these are part of the charm and character that make each quilt special.
