Story Quilt No. 001

Story Quilt No. 001 is the first piece in our Story Cloth Quilt collection - a one-of-a-kind textile stitched slowly by hand and full of quiet character.

This quilt features warm shades of raspberry red and soft golden florals layered across lightweight cotton cloth. Thousands of tiny running stitches hold the layers together, creating the gentle rippled texture that makes these quilts so beloved. On the reverse side, subtle charcoal and cream patterns reveal small patches and hand mending , reminders that these textiles were created to be used, loved, and cared for over time.

We are drawn to quilts like these because they carry a sense of history. Each layer of cloth and every small stitch tells part of a story...of fabric repurposed, hands that stitched patiently, and the simple beauty of everyday textiles.
